Health Journey Update: What I Ate Today (Lunch Edition)

It’s been four days since I’ve gotten back on track with my health journey. That’s four days of getting healthy and that’s four days closer to my goals. Not much but still worthy of praise!

Lemon Water

I also set a goal to restart my gym routine by a specific day and that day is tomorrow. I am not looking forward to it.

Watermelon Salad

I’ll need to use the Force and drag my body into the gym. Then actually work out. Not one of those half ass workouts. Know what I mean?

Avocado Toast

I set the goal, I should stick to it and turn four successful days into five. Haha 🙂
