After drinking vinegar tonic for 30 days, a few noteworthy things happened. I am obsessed with vinegar tonic and crave is daily. Also, my recipe changed a bit. Here is the revised version.

5 Mint Leaves
1 TBL Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
1 – 1 1/2 TBL Raw Honey
1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 C Hot Water
Using a pestle, mash mint leaves in mug. If you don’t have a pestle, you can always tear the mint leaves up and mash them with your fingers before throwing them into your mug. Your fingers will smell good too! Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Allow to cool. Relax and enjoy!
