I’ve run into a bit of a problem and I need to get it in check before it worsens.
Ever since I included a workout routine in my health journey, I haven’t been eating as much as I should be.
As soon as I finish working out, I immediately start attacking my daily goals. I find myself forgetting to eat or pushing it off. “Oh, I’ll just finish this task and eat right after.” Once the task is complete, I begin another one and totally space on eating.
If this habit continues, I won’t stick to being active. And worse, I’ll start slacking on other responsibilities because I won’t have the energy. Therefore, it is imperative to immediately put an end to this.
For the next few days, I will practice creating a new habit for myself. A habit that will encourage me to eat more, especially after working out. Taking the time to fuel our bodies, plays an integral part in attaining our goals and continuing on our health journey. I must remind myself of this!
But hey, on the upside, at least I’ve been consistently working out!
