It’s been 23 days since I’ve restarted my health journey and 23 days since I’ve been documenting it through this blog. It’s thrilling to see how this outlet has become such a motivating factor in my life. It helps me continue on this path of self-development. You see, I intend to live my life to the fullest, or should I say, “my fullest” and to keep an archive of the journey. You can read more about it here.
Since day one, instead of going full force, I wanted to take it one step at a time, starting with developing healthier eating habits. Although it has only been a little less than a month, I think it’s time to take my next step and become more active. Of course the healthy eating habits will continue. I just need to begin adding more physical activities into my daily routine.
When I’ve established a routine of consistently working out, perhaps I’ll buy myself a new pair of sneakers! Because the pair I have is boo boo! Do you see those?! They’re so comfortable though, I just can’t let them go.
