I browsed a few “What’s in my Bag” blog posts and I noticed that many of them are photographed similarly. Where all the contents of the bag are strategically placed to look like it’s pouring out of the blogger’s purse. I am not a photographer. In fact, I’m a noob when it comes to taking pictures. Still, I thought it would be fun to try and attempt something like that but with my lunch bag. A spoof, perhaps.
Here’s what I’m taking to work with me today.
To snack on throughout my work day, I packed an apple, clementines, pineapple and a banana. I probably won’t eat all of it, but it’s nice having options. I also brought left over kale soup and a vegetable stir fry. For the stir fry, I just used whatever vegetables I had left in my fridge. I also added konnyaku or shirataki, which is made from konjac yam. You can purchase it in noodle form and is a great alternative if you’re being cautious about your starchy carb intake. I can’t forget to mention the Kevita drink. It’s a recent discovery for me and I’ve been obsessed! Oh! And the avocado is for my soup. 🙂
