2017 has officially arrived. I plan on jumping into it with new beginnings and new ideas but with old goals that continue to get pushed off and unattained.
This year will be different. Right?
Who am I kidding? How many times, new years resolution or not, have I told myself that?
To be honest, I don’t know if this year will be any different. I don’t know if this blog is really going to help me (check out the About page to learn more about me and my intentions). What I do know, however, is that every new year, and throughout the year, I am constantly setting goals for myself. And whether I attain them or not, these goals still allow me the opportunity to work on self-improvement and self-acceptance.
Shall we dive right into it? I have a lengthly list of short term and long term goals. But let’s take it one step at a time…
First order of business: Get Healthy!
